After the Honey Show

Two New Jersey Department of Agriculture (NJDA) employees are busy taking apart and removing two of the four cases used by the New Jersey Beekeepers Association (NJBA) to display all the entries in the annual honey show held every year in conjunction with the New Jersey Department of Agriculture Annual Convention. The cases were delivered to the show site and assembled Monday morning, February 12, 2007. The entries were removed and packed up after the convention dinner Tuesday night, and returned to Trenton for storage for the year. With backlighting in every case, the display is always beautiful. More importantly, it provides high visibility and publicity both within the NJDA and externally. All NJBA members are urged to onsider entering your honey and hive products next year.
