Judging the Desserts
Dr. Mike Stanghellini, left, and Paul Raybold, New Jersey's apiarist, tackle the tough job of judging the desserts that were submitted for the competition at the NJBA Spring 2005 meeting. Any dessert could be submitted as long as honey was one of the ingredients. It was an extremely caloric job, but someone had to do it!
