Dave Specca, Rutgers Ecocomplex Program Manager, shows the beekeepers one of several tanks used to raise fresh water fish - tilapia.  Dave gave a tour of the facility, including the liquefied natural gas plant and greenhouses, all of which is powered using methane harvested from an adjacent landfill site.
